Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all orders placed on this website, which is operated by THG GLOBAL LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It explains your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom and our additional 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

1. Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last parcel.

To cancel, simply tell us clearly by emailing shopifymateustavares@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. We will send you the return address when you contact us.

2. Sealed health products

Our products are food supplements. For health protection and hygiene reasons, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to sealed supplements that have been unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(c) of the Regulations above). Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the cancellation period. Opened products are still covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (section 4).

3. Refunds after cancellation

We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost you paid (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our cheapest standard option).
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in value caused by handling the goods more than was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

4. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 90 days of the delivery date at shopifymateustavares@gmail.com with your order number.
The guarantee covers the price paid for the products, including opened packs. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded under the guarantee.
We may ask you to return any remaining product or to provide a photo of it. If a return is required, we will send you the return address.
The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household and applies to orders placed directly on this website.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. You are entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs), a replacement or a repair, and we will cover any return costs. Your statutory rights beyond 30 days are unaffected.

6. Order cancellations before dispatch

If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
