These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by THG GLOBAL LLC, a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, USA (Filing ID 2025-001844686), with its principal office at 412 W 7th St, STE 1130, Clovis, NM 88101, United States ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our products

Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of young children.

Product images are for illustration purposes; packaging may vary slightly. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately.

3. Orders and contract

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Promotional bundles (for example “Buy 2 Get 1 FREE”) are priced as shown on the product page; the free items are already included in the bundle price. Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our secure payment providers.

5. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee and your rights for faulty goods are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are legally required to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

8. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses.

9. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. We may update or suspend the website at any time.

10. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel your order for a full refund of anything not yet delivered.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
